Jin-Ha Yoon

Biography

Dr. Yoon is a physician board certified in occupational and environmental medicine. He is working to finding relationships between occupational disease and work-place environmental. Dr. Yoon’s group made significant contributions in the field of occupational diseases in Korea. The current projects are aimed to elucidate the nature of 1) occupational diseases, 2) social determinant of occupational health., and 3) gig economy workers’ occupational health. He also devotes his effort to public health and statistics in epidemiology. He got fund from government to establish the occupational health big data, one is personal ID based big data of all Korean workers (exposure data and health insurance data), other is common data model using worker’s annual health examination including chest X-ray from 9 major hospitals. He published more than 100 papers on international journals, more than 50 papers on SCI(E) international journal as 1st author or corresponding author.
